«Sophie Le Meillour, born in 1988 in Toulouse, France, is a visual artist based in Geneva. In 2011, she graduated in graphic design and video from HEAD (Haute Ecole d’Art et de Design) in Switzerland.

Since 2009, she explores the multiple facets of the image, from the line to the movement, in relation to architecture, new media and film footage. Through her drawings, photographs, videos and installations, she is developing her own immersive and dreamlike work which she gladly confronts to and crosses with musical and visual universes of fellow artists. Beyond a mere visual atmosphere, Sophie has developed a subtle critical and transgressive approach which goes hand in hand with the evolution of her work. Materials and textures are at the core of her experiments. However, she manhandles them in her very own peculiar and sensitive way throughout her different projects.»
